• When a participant places 1st-3rd in a contest, he/she is not allowed to participate in another contest for next 3 months.
• Only 3 winners will be allowed in top 3 from a family/common voters for a six months span period, any other entry will not be eligible & will be disqualified & will be removed from result on final result processing.
• If any of the top 3 contestants shares more than 60% of the voters  with any of the top 5 contestants in the last 6 months then entry will be removed, this restriction is being imposed  to reduce the number of winners from the same circle/group/Neighborhood of people.
• If there is already high numbers of winners (Top 3) from same location, specific part of country(city/district/village) then entry will be removed.

• You must be a registered member of the MycuteBaby website to enter the competition (www.MycuteBaby.in). To enter the competition, you must be fill the Registration form with valid Details . You must upload a photo to the website using the service provided at the with registration form. By uploading a photo you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and your child's profile will be available to view online. All submissions for entries to the MycuteBaby.in Promotion must be supported by explicit permission of a parent or guardian over 18 years of age of that child to allow reproduction of the image on the website.
• Entrants must hold all rights for visual content uploaded as image owner (parent/guardian) or by holding written consent provided to you by the owner (eg: a professional photographer).
• All entrants must be under 12 years old on the date they are entered.
• Entrants must ensure minors are clothed in any photographs provided.
• No entry may contain defamatory content, including but not limited to, images, words or symbols that are widely viewed as offensive to persons of a certain ethnic, religious, racial, sexual - orientated or socioeconomic group.
• Only one entry per person per competition will be eligibility for prizes.
• The mycutebaby competition will run monthly and the dates for competitions follow the calendar months. Only electronic entry forms received by the closing date will be submitted to the competition. mycutebaby photo Contest will be held Monthly, starting from 1st day of every month. registration for any month will be open till last date of that month , so registering within first week is the best time to register in any month . The voting time any participant get will be their sole responsibility . we'll not extend it based on participants registration date . Voting will Continue till Next 1 week after Contest Month closure and Winners will be announced within 2 next weeks of Contest Month closure. mycutebaby.in reserves the right to extend or modify the Contest at its discretion. If there is a revision, the revised date will be published on the same contest landing page and the date for results will be announced accordingly.

The decisions made by such jury panel with respect to the Winners shall be final and binding in all respects.

In the event mycutebaby photo Contest results are tied among two or more participants, the winner will be selected through draw of lots. Decision of mycutebaby.in shall be final and binding, no correspondence shall be entertained.

In the event of any disputes, the Organisers and mycutebaby.in reserve the right to disqualify any entry and/or retract any award from the entrant. All decisions made by the Organisers are final and binding in all aspects relating to the Competition.

The decision of mycutebaby.in and organisers shall be final and binding on every participants concerned on all matters and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Within one week from the announcement of the results of the MyCutebaby, the Winners shall be contacted by mycutebaby.in  via email provided by the Eligible Applicant and shall be informed that they are eligible for the Prize. The email sent by mycutebaby.in  shall have instructions on the further process required to be adhered to by the Winner(s).

In the event the Winner(s) fails to adhere to the instructions, that Winner's selection shall be invalidated and mycutebaby.in  shall not be liable to that Winner(s) in any manner whatsoever and may, at its sole discretion, select another Winner(s). mycutebaby.in  shall make a total of 2 (two) attempts to contact the Winner as mentioned above.

• mycutebaby contest voting system is designed as simple as possible yet spam proof. participants will face multiple layers of voting system protection on different level of contest,voting system protection includes facebook login, geo location, google recaptcha,single browser voting restriction .Leading participants will face voting system protection all the time, other participants may also face voting system protection any time.if we found unusual voting behavior in any participant's votes we'll add extra layer(any layer) of voting system protection on that entry. mycutebaby.in reserve all the right to add/modify in these security features from time to time.
• participant profile link can be shared by anyone on facebook, we'll count total number of likes and shares received by participant profile link upto a specified count limit in contest rules, we will also consider our pageview as additional parameter. if any participant found getting fake likes/shares then he/she will be disqualified from contest without any prior warning/notice. to find out fake likes/shares we will consider page views,mycutebaby votes and GA report for that particular profile e.g. : if participant got 1000 likes but only receive 2-3 mycutebaby votes and on the other hand some other participants with 100 likes has 10-15 mycutebaby votes that will indicate us to investigate all likes, and mycutebaby votes for that participant. we will consider average likes + share count/mycutebaby votes ratio to find out all fake participants in this scenario . and the same will be applied to mycutebaby votes they got.. mycutebaby votes report will be matched with GA votes event report. minor difference between both report will be ignored. any participant with mycutebaby votes more then his Pageview in GA report will be eliminated without any notice. votes from Any facebook profile created after contest join date(of participant they are voting) and used for sole purpose of voting , will not be counted in final this rule is to de-motivate all those who tries to win contest by creating fake profile and vote their own entry multiple time beside time limit.
• using Proxy Sites Or VPNs and TOR While voting at mycutebaby is fully prohibited. any participant found using any of these or some other technique to spoof their real IP/ identify required for voting genuinely , will be blocked from voting without any warning or any prior notice. also entries for such participants will be disqualified from final result and contest if required.
